Creekside Park – with Splash Pad in Alpine Utah

Creekside Park in Alpine Utah is HUGE. It is a great park with lots of open space. We went for a family reunion and we weren’t disappointed!

What is at Creekside Park?

One of the biggest draws to Creekside Park is the splash pad. My kids loved it, but it is kind of small. Some of the other kids (10+) thought they were too old for it. The water stays on for 10 or so minutes and then shuts off to recharge. The splash pad is close to the bathrooms (smart!) but it quite far from the big pavilions (there are small pavilions close for shade). Be sure to bring sunscreen!

creekside park pavilions
The pavilions are by the volley ball court and a playground. They are large and gave plenty of space for our family reunion! (Over 100 people)

There are three or four playgrounds spread out throughout the park. This was a brilliant idea because there aren’t too many kids on one playground. The playground equipment varies and provides a lot of fun for the kids!
creekside park tennis and basketball courts
Creekside park has tennis courts and basketball courts too – and they are nice!

Moms need recess too!

There is A LOT of open space. It is perfect for a pick up soccer game! We were launching rockets and didn’t bother anyone else. Like I said earlier, this park is HUGE!

What Else?

Creekside Park has a great trail system. Awesome for a workout or just a Sunday stroll. Don’t miss the map of the trails!

Where is Creekside Park?

It is pretty easy to find at 100 S and 600 E in Alpine.

What to know:

  • The splash pad is popular
  • Bring sunscreen
  • Bring sports equipment
  • Have fun!
