Lindon Marina at Utah Lake

Most of people think of a marina as simply a place to launch a boat. When it comes to Lindon Marina at Utah Lake, there is so much more! Lindon Marian is not only a boat dock, but a great place to rent kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, mini sailboats, and more.

What is the best part of Lindon Marina at Utah Lake?

Lindon Marina is in a beautiful bay that is calm and protected.

Although the panorama distorts the size, it shows the beauty. With the boat dock on the south and boat tie downs on the north, Lindon Marina is a perfect place to play

What can I do at Lindon Marina?

We had such a blast. Kayaking was fun and easy! The kayaks are easy to use – they even have kids kayaks!!



Paddle boarding and mini sail boats can also be rented. It is so much fun to paddle board. The paddle boards are wider and more sturdy so you are less likely to fall into the water!





 

Where is Lindon Marina at Utah Lake?

Located at 4400 W Vineyard Road Orem Utah, the Lindon Marina is just past the dump and around the corner.

 

What do I need to know before I go to Lindon Marina at Utah Lake?

1. If you go at night, bring bug repellant. We forgot!

2. There is a restroom but not running water. If you are a germ-a-phob, bring hand sanitizer.

3. The employees are AWESOME. They wear a shirt that sets them apart and are happy to help with everything!

4. Bring sandals or water shoes. There are some sandy areas but right by the water is rocky. You’ll be glad I told you!

5. If you do a rental, they have lifejackets for you!

6. Have fun!

How much is Lindon Marina?

  • Season Pass – $80
  • Camping – $12 per night
  • Boat Launch – $8 per day
  • Day Use  – $5 per day
  • Walk In – $2 per day
  • Slip Rental – $450/year
  • *** check with Lindon Marina in case of price changes!***

Paddleboard Rental

$15 for first hour, $5 for second hour Student Rate: $10 for first hour, $15 for two hours

Kayak Rental

$15 for first hour; $5 for second hour Student Rate: $10 for first hour, $15 for two hours

Canoe Rental

$20 per hour; $10 for each hour after that

Pedal Boat Rental

$20 for first hour; $10 an hour for each hour after that

Sail Boats Rental

$20 first hour; $10 for each additional hour (group rates when renting all four sailboats)

How do I get the best deal on rentals at Lindon Marina at Utah Lake?

Lindon Marina is does a fun Friday Bonfire on the Beach. It is every Friday starting at 7 pm. The cost is $10 and includes unlimited rentals of kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, mini sailboat and more. It also include soda and s’mores! The ambiance is awesome with the setting sun, cute decorations and the lake!

Other fun games like ladder golf and crochet and bean bag tosses make the evening awesome!

What a great family activity or romantic date night! We are definitely going back to Lindon Marina again soon. The kids asked again and again the next day to go play on Utah Lake again.

      Nancy, I love the bonfire night. The fires are actually kind of small, but fun. And the best part is you can use all the different rental equipment!
